Calling all growers and lovers of veg – come and take part in a Harvest Festival at CAT – Saturday 21st & Sunday 22nd September.

To celebrate the joys of growing and harvesting vegetables this September, we’re running a weekend of activities for families to come and get involved.

Tours will take you all over CAT’s gardens, allotments and orchard to learn about growing fruit and veg along with an insight into some of the cool stuff our gardeners do throughout the year.
Help us harvest produce for the cafe and exchange your hoard for delicious home-grown treats!

Eating, cooking or sharing food is a subject many of us love but are your choices as sustainable as they could be? Choose from a selection of our favourite vegetarian, low carbon recipes and bind them into a recipe book to take home.

Garden tours head out from the top train station at:
– 12pm
– 2pm
– 3:30pm

Great fun for all the family – come along and take part. Activities are free with your entry ticket.

Don’t forget, permanent local residents of SY19 & SY20 postcodes are welcome to year-round free entry.
