Water Systems: sky to sea

In this webinar, CAT lecturer Louise Halestrap takes us on a virtual tour of the water cycle from the sky to the sea, with CAT in the middle.

The recording was made 27 May 2020 at the time of the live webinar.

Water Systems

Exploring CAT’s off-grid water system provides an incredibly useful way of exploring the story of water, as water moves through the site, from our reservoir, through our water treatment and eventually to the sea.

Watch Louise detail the whole water cycle, from water capture, cleaning it for drinking, and re-cleaning it after use before it enters the river and eventually the sea. Learn what a low impact rural sanitation system looks like, and explore the best systems for different locations and usage patterns.
