Dr Anna Bullen

Innovation Lab Manager

Anna has an academic background, with a degree in Environmental Management and Resource Development, an MA in Space, Place and Politics and a PhD in Sustainable Citizenship and is particularly experienced in facilitating processes that bring together a wide range of stakeholders with diverse views and supporting them to move forward in developing solutions.

Anna is an experienced and qualified facilitator and project manager with 20 years of experience working in the sustainability arena. Anna is passionate about bringing key stakeholders together to deliver sustainable solutions that address climate change. She has facilitated numerous collaborative processes throughout her career, in a wide range of settings, having worked in the public, third and private sectors.

Anna is a firm believer in the use of cocreation methods in order to design effective and meaningful solutions to issues. She is particularly experienced in facilitating processes of a potentially contentious or sensitive nature, bringing together a wide range of stakeholders with diverse views and supporting them to move forward in developing solutions.

Prior to joining CAT Anna was a partner at CAG Consultants, where she led multiple projects for a variety of clients including WWF, JNCC, the GLA, BEIS, Power to Change and multiple Councils across the UK.

Anna has an academic background, with a degree in Environmental Management and Resource Development, an MA in Space, Place and Politics and a PhD in Sustainable Citizenship.

When not working, Anna loves spending time in her allotment, walking in the Welsh mountains (with her dog Bella), and hanging out at the beach with friends and family.
