What do you love most about autumn?

The changing colours, the rich musty smell of leaves, the excitement of the sharp night air? Maybe it’s the mushrooms popping up across the woodland floor, or the honking of geese as they make their way to their winter homes.

Whatever you love most about this amazing season of change, we want to know about it.

As part of our hosting of Iolo Williams and the BBC Autumnwatch team, we are encouraging our supporters to get involved in celebrating all the wonders of nature. And we also want to know what you think we could all do to #HelpNatureThrive, even as we face up to an uncertain future from the pandemic and climate crisis.

If you’d like to get involved, please make a short video to tell us why nature is important to you and what you think we can do to help bring it back from the brink. This could be anything from wildlife gardening tips to the bigger changes we need to see to help build a zero carbon Britain.

Share your videos with us on facebook, Instagram or twitter, tagging us in and using #Autumnwatch and #HelpNatureThrive. Videos should be kept to less than 30 seconds and filmed in landscape/horizontal format.

We’ll reshare as many as we can, and they might even be featured on Autumnwatch, which broadcasts from Tuesday 27 October live from CAT.
